Welcome to FreshNest Poultry. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to follow and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use our service.
1. Product Ordering and Availability
Orders for fertile eggs and day-old chicks are subject to availability. Due to the biological nature of our products, hatch dates and availability may vary based on seasonal factors. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse service at our discretion.
2. Shipping and Delivery
We utilize specialized shipping methods to ensure the health and safety of our poultry. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. FreshNest Poultry is not liable for delays caused by postal services or incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
3. Health and Hatching Guarantees
We guarantee that our day-old chicks leave our facility in good health. For fertile eggs, while we guarantee high fertility rates within our own facility, we cannot guarantee specific hatch rates once eggs have been through the shipping process and are handled by third-party incubators.
4. Returns and Refunds
Due to biosecurity risks and the live nature of our products, all sales of live poultry and hatching eggs are final. Refunds or replacements are only considered in the event of significant delivery damage, provided documentation is submitted within 24 hours of arrival.
5. Limitation of Liability
FreshNest Poultry shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific products ordered.
